Is-sinjal għal LIĠI magħmul minn żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal għal LIĠI. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 magħluq u titqiegħed fuq quddiem bil-pala tħares lejn il-ġenb. L-id l-oħra tieħu l-forma ta’ L bil-pala tħares ’il barra. Is-saba’ l-kbir ta’ din l-id jagħti daqqa ħafifa darbtejn fuq il-pala tal-id il-wieqfa. (ii) Imbagħad id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ F imma bis-saba’ l-kbir u l-werrej jiffurmaw ċirku. L-id timxi bil-pala tħares ’il barra fuq quddiem min-nofs għall-ġenb.
The sign for LAW consists of two parts. (i) First, the sign for LAW is made with both hands. One hand takes the shape of closed 5 and is held stationary at the front with the palm facing sideways. The other hand takes the shape of L with the palm facing outwards. The thumb of this hand hits the palm of the stationary hand lightly twice. (ii) Then one hand takes the shape of F with the thumb and index finger forming a circle and with the palm facing outwards. The hand moves from the middle to the side.
